Rate Limiter Block for ramp up

If i have to ramp up the input value with rate (eg.,.000033/second) then how to use the rate limiter block?

    Configure INCREASE_MAX and TIME_UNITS parameters on the function block appropriately.

    Review Books Online -> Configuration -> Function Blocks -> Analog Control Blocks -> Rate Limit Function Block for more information about the block and especially the Aplication Information as it gives an example.
