I am trying to create a module for my CIOC power supply voltage, but that parameter does not exist in DVE but it shows to have a path in Diagnostics. I can create a datalink on the graphics but am unable to build a module using that parameter.

You need to get to it using an external reference type parameter, filter on diagnostic parameters. Here is the info
