DELTAV SIS SIMULATE LICENSE NOT WORKING

Dear all,

I am having an issue over here. I have ordered a DELTAV SIMULATE WITH BASIC SIS LICENSE. Now the simulate is working fine but when i try to commission an assigned simulated SIS Logic Solver it gives me an error saying

THE LOGIC SOLVER CANNOT BE  COMMISSIONED BECAUSE THE SIMULATE SYSTEM ID KEY IS MISSING OR SIS LICENSE IS MISSING

but i have already assigned the DeltaV SImulate with basic SIS to the EWS and the Simulate Hardlock Dongle is also attached to the system.

  Just an update. My configured licenses are showing 0

  DeltaV Simulate: Configured License 0

  DeltaV Simulate with Basic SIS Simulation 0

  I have assigned the above licenses to the Proplus Station

  Same issue here for a 12.3 DeltaV simulation (virtual machine).
  For a 10.3.1 DeltaV simulation everything works fine.

  Good day, Asim. Is this for a DeltaV v12.3 Simulate Standalone System? If so, this is a known issue that was fixed in Workstation Hotfix Bundle #4 for v12.3. If your system has active support, you should be able to retrieve this hotfix via the Guardian / Foundation Support sites.
