PEH Viewer is not showing events

When I connected PEH to DeltaV Historian app station I am able to receive events in PEH Viewer initially.

and suddenly events are not showing in PEH viewer and PEH events manager and PEH OPC server showing RED in PEH Diagnostics Tool. MSMQ messages in queue also red in PEH diagnostics tool.

Is anyone faced such incident and any work around to solve this issue.

  Everything is pointing on an OPC Issue. PEH uses the Alarm and Events OPC server. There have been many changes to OPC in Microsoft OS and the introduction of OPC UA. the first step would be to troubleshoot your OPC A&E server. OPC UA client is a free test client you can use to help identify and resolve OPC related connectivity issues. I would recommend you get this or anther test client. If the test client works when installed locally on the App Station, you can then test from the PEH server and address any issues. Then, once the test client confirms connectivity issues are resolved, PEH may then be working. If not, you know where to focus your attention.
  
  I would engage the GSC to assist in getting this working. I assume you have the requisite license in DeltaV for the Alarm and Event server assigned to the App station? I don't know if PEH supports OPC UA. If it does, you also need the OPC UA system license on the DeltaV system to enable the OPC UA connectivity.
