In this video, I will explain how Emerson’s digital installed base, part of the MyEmerson online experience, technicians can easily and instantly access digital copies of repair reports, service histories, and installation guides as well as ensure they are working on the correct device by utilizing scanning technology that is linked to serial numbers, asset management tags and RFID labels.
