Problem in installing FB107 GC Software Interface

Dear Members

The particular case for seeking your guidelines is regarding installation of GC interface software on FB-107.
We have a
1. USB Key- 19658521
2. GC User Program P/N W68218 Ver. 1.10
3. Rocklink 800 software version 1.74 Part No: W68130
4. PC-WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL Service pack 1 and an other PC with windows XP

When USB is inserted and FB107 is connected through Roclink 800, all is ok so far..
For installing the KEY When I Select Utilities > License Key Administrator > Transfer Between Device and Key from the ROCLINK 800 menu bar. I get the following error message

Failed to load control' MSFLEXGrid" from MSFLXGRD.OCX.

your version of MSFLXGRD.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

After re-installing the RL 800, the error is gone, but on windows 7 system, when USB key is inserted only a blank window is opened transfer between device and key is presses, means, no key is visible on key pane or device pane. When this same action is repeated on XP system, Transfer between device and key is pressed, it hangs and no window is opened but when on key is pressed(the option just below "Utilities-liscence Key administrator-Transfer Between Device and key" the Key is shown in the middle of the screen (above key event and below on device)
Hence I can not transfer key to device from either of the two systems.
Really puzzled
