Deltav reporter issue

Hi,

I have issue with DeltaV reporter  , On April 21.04.2016 23:00 to  22.04.2016 03:00.

when i am taking data for one particular tag value coming , but  for other  it is showing NA.

I have checked all the module and PHV found , value in that is NA.

Please let me know the actual problem and here with atatched screen shot .

  It looks as if your historian was shutdown or disconnected from the network during the outage. Both PHV and Reporter state the same thing. Check the event chronicle for records regarding lost connection to the historian during this period.
