CHARM Baseplate

I have replaced a charm baseplate with a new one.
But when I mount the DI CHARM  on the new baseplate, all the channels (DI 24Vdc low side) becomes  active whereas  the channels are not wired to the field device (dry contact).
Could you help me to solve this problem?
