Process History View on DeltaV 13.3.1

Existing modules with history collection set up. Converted controller from a DeltaV Controller for Provox I/O to a standard DeltaV Controller. After renaming the new controller, it used the same name as the old controller. After re-assigning the modules to the new controller, history collection stopped functioning on the application station, but the connection to the PI historian still functioned. The pro plus is still able to display live historian data for these points, and event chronicle still appears to be working

 

History collection on the application station is still working on all points on different controllers.

  Did you download the DeltaV continuous historian after making the changes? When you created a new controller and then renamed, it likely has a different Node ID and IP address. PHV can still pull data from the control system for current data, only using the historian for past data.

  I restarted the application station vm and historian data started logging after the reboot. Thanks for your help!
