We are facing an issue where during an online upgrade, after flashing the standby of a SX controller pair, redundancy never came back good. Looking in the telnet logs, it shows a repeated error: REDU: UnexpectedError- UpdateModuleInfo. We have tried disabling the enhanced powerup folder, reseating the standby, downgrading back to v13, refreshed the powerup folder, and downloaded modules that had configuration errors from the 13 system. Nothing has worked so far and since this system is a continuous process a total download is an absolute no can do. Could this be resolved by downloading suspect module differences between the active and standby one at a time? or if there is something else we should try please let us know.
