Does anyone know how to properly import a Profibus device that comes with both a GSD file and an EDD file?

We’re planning to install an Optek UV control box (C4452), which provides both a GSD and an EDD file. It appears that both files are required to fully configure the device and establish the correct data mapping.

We’ve successfully imported the GSD file into DeltaV, but when attempting to import the EDD file in the same manner, the process failed.

Has anyone encountered this before or found a method to integrate EDD-based device information into DeltaV for Profibus configuration? Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
