SZ Controller COMM_ALM

Dear Engineers,

we are facing a Problem on a DeltaV 14.3 Plant with new installed SZ Controller with CHARMS Logic Solver.

To detect Communication Alarm we want to read the Hraware Alarm from CSLS and from SZ Controller.

Reading the value on CHARM ist ok but on SZ Controller the value is ???

The Control module where the code is Running is assigned to an other Controller.

Where is the error ?

  you cannot read the value of an LS-CHARM from another controller. The SIS IO data is available only to the SZ controller. You can create a module assigned to the SZ controller and reference this module to monitor communication across the DeltaV ACN. Use Parameter.CST to check connection status of an external reference to the other controller.
