AMS Device Manager - Alert Monitor issue "unable to save changes to Poll List, some changes may be lost"

I keep getting the message “unable to save changes to Poll List, some changes may be lost” when saving Alert Monitor configuration changes. I installed the Hotfix, but it didn’t work. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

  Hello Ronildo, Do you have other AMS DM Stations with Alert Monitor open? Try "Terminate Server" on all stations and try to make your edit on the AMS Device Manager ServerPlus. What version of AMS Device Manager do you have and system details
