Forum search issues

Is anyone else seeing this issue with the DeltaV forum?  When I start typing in the search bar it refreshes the page and clears everything I have typed before I can finish.  In addition I am now getting a Captcha frequently.  Trying to figure out if this is an Emerson issue or something my local IT group changed.

  • Hi Jesse, I see it's been several days without a response. We've checked the community on our end and don't see this happening. Perhaps it is on your network side, and you can get your IT team to whitelist the site. Or perhaps if you have a different browser to try, maybe the page refresh part is a browser issue. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Thanks!

    Jim, I can confirm that I see this message from time to time on the EE365 exchange. I have not correlated it to anything in particular.

    Jim, I tried different browsers with no improvement. I also accessed the forum from my home PC and I still see the refresh issue and captcha prompt, however it is intermittent and appears to be less frequency using Edge vs. Chrome. On my business PC I'm constantly getting the prompt and refresh when trying to search. I'll see if I can get IT support to whitelist the site.
