Red Cross next to command name

Hello Experts,

What does the red cross next to the command name mean? Because of it, A_PV is not being updated even after the command is completed.

Where can I find information about all the symbols/icons in DeltaV in Books Online?

    Nirit,

    If any action in the SFC fails, then you will have the red cross. if any reference written or checked throws an error, we will get this red cross.
    Check the action that throws an error and clear it. The A_PV will update only if the sequence completes successfully without any error.
