This year Emerson Exchange will be held October 6 – 10, 2014 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center , Orlando, Florida. More than 400 Workshops and Short Courses are planned this year. I am a presenter in the following workshops that focus on control using wireless field devices. 4-1892 Using Wireless Throttling Valves in Column Control Wednesday, Oct 8th 11-11:45 Gaineville 2 Thursday, Oct 9th 4:15-5pm Naples 3 5-2221 Wireless Model Predictive Control (MPC) for a Divided Wall Column Wednesday, Oct 8th 9-9:45 Tampa 2 Thursday, Oct 9th 8-8:45 Naples 2 TF-2597 Wireless for Control Tuesday, Oct 7th 1-2:30pm St. George 104 Wednesday, Oct 8th 1:15-2:45 St. George 104 On Friday, October 10 a number of meet the expert sessions are offered. I am hosting the following session on advanced control . MTE-2542 Expanding the Use of DeltaV Advanced Control 8:00-9:30 Daytona 1-2 10:00-11:30 Miami 1-2 The Exhibit Hall will be open on Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 4:00PM-7:00PM. At the Advanced Control station we will be demonstrating single loop control and MPC using dynamic process and wireless communication. If you plan on attending Emerson Exchange then I would like to invite you to sit in on these workshops and to drop by the Advanced Control station in the exhibit area.
