&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:medium;"&gt; 　1）液体不流动有输出：1.与转换器之间信号传输电缆连接有断路；2.信号电缆到电极连接断路；3.电极表面沾污或沉积绝缘层；4.接地不良或断路。 解决方法：1.接好电缆线；2.打开传感器、重新接上；3.擦洗电极表面；4.接好地线。 　　 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:medium;"&gt;　2）液体流动无输出：1.与转换器之间的信号传输电缆两芯线接反；2.电源未接或接触不良；3.传感器仪表管道、外壳、端面有渗漏。&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 解决办法：1.倒线头；2.接好电源、保持接触良好；3.修理传感器。 　　 　&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:medium;"&gt;　3）输出不稳定：1.流场不稳；2.通过传感器的液体中含有气体、大固体块；3.电气连接虚接；4.接地不良；5.电极渗漏 　&amp;nbsp; 解决方法：1.改造管道、或增加安装假传感器；2.正常现象；3.检查接线，接好线；4.接好地线；5.修理传感器。 　　 　&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:medium;"&gt;　4）误差过大：1.零点过高；2.未完全充满液体；3.供电电源畸变过大；4.接地不良。&amp;nbsp; 解决方法：1.重新调整零点；2.改善管道条件，传感器始终充满液体；3.改善供电电源条件，符合正常工作条件；4.接好地线 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Please see below picture for example the software show mass total is 147.9g but we got the beaker increasing 300g . Also please see the second picture we could calculate mass total approximately by average flow rate and elapsed time &amp;nbsp;the result shows it is close to measured value so I guess &amp;nbsp;maybe the algorithm of calibration software has some &amp;nbsp;problems.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;In addition ,I noticed that &amp;nbsp;the two software interface show the fuel rate is the same when the actual fuel flow is the same &amp;nbsp;but in fact the unit of two software is different (coriolis is kilogrames/hour but calibration software is Ib/hr ),maybe the cause of difference is this .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Customer &amp;nbsp;tried to use the EA software to change the flow configuration. For exmaple, the operation pressure or temperture,But &amp;nbsp;the USL no change. It looks like nothing else can be changed in EA.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you advice a way to change the flow USL above 20000Nm3/h?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;原来我们买的比如CD2A的校验量程会写0-62.15KPa，3A的写5515（记不清了），现在CD4A的校验量程（就是型号上面那一行）也写0-5000KPa，请各位专家帮忙教授一下，正品罗斯蒙特的压变也根据用户订购信息这么标注，还是这些表有问题？？&lt;/p&gt;
