A: Embedding outside sources in your posts is great in two ways. One it adds more value to what you have to say by supplying sources. Two it adds value by improving SEO.

To add a link:

Highlight the text you want to hyperlink.
Ensure that the link you want to hyperlink is copied to your clipboard.
Click insert.
You will be prompted to fill out:

URL - Associative URL
Text to display (Your highlighted text.)
Title - Hover text
Target (Select whether you want this to open a new tab when a person clicks on it. *Preferred*)
