Structural Pipeline Resources

I received this question via email and wanted to see what recommendations you might have:

A friend told me to read the Natural Gas Technologies: Application Guide- Edition VII book, which lead me to your blog page. He said understanding the book was essential to getting a job, along with "Control Valve Handbook" and "Pipeline Rules of Thumb". Are there other textbooks you imagine might be useful for a practicing structural engineer, both from Emerson and other sources?

I received this feedback from Chuck Miller I also wanted to pass along:

Our standard reference for pipeline training is “Oil & Gas Pipelines in Nontechnical Language – Thomas Meisner” - https://www.amazon.com/Oil-Gas-Pipelines-Nontechnical-Language/dp/159370058X

Other resources that may have some value to James might be the following Courses by PETEX:

Any other suggestions that you might have? Thanks!
