Flow control valve specs

I need the specs for a control valve: Model#667, size 70. serial #21181873

specifically I'm looking to find out what the maximum flow rate is for steam at 100% open on this valve. If there is a spec sheet that would be great.

  The valve listed on the serial card has a rated Cv of 394. The maximum flow rate will depend on the process conditions like operating pressures, temperatures, and fluid data. Please provide the process datasheet to your local Emerson Sales Office/Impact Partner to calculate this for you.

  The Process Owner or Operator should have the process data that defines this control valve's operation.
