Where line size doesn't allow use of sliding stem control valve (globe style) and ergonomics invariably permit use of only butterfly valves, I have found that except a handful of vendors not many can provide butterfly valve trim for cavitation service (Sharktooth design/disk design with cavitation breaker/dynamically balanced disk design). I am keen to know how Fisher can support in such applications given the fact that it does not have butterfly disk designs for cavitation service.
