DVC 6000 SERIES PWB POWER RESET ISSUES

I am working with reliance and in our plant we are facing frequent PWB POWER RESET issues in DVC 6000 series positioners. During this power RESET positioner will stop communicating with DCS. We are not exactly getting the root cause why this PWB is going into power RESET mode and why it's stopping communicating with DCS.

Looking forward for proper solution and guidance and the same highly appreciated.

  Assuming these are HART devices? What DCS are you using? What are the mA values to the FIELDVUE DVC6000 devices when this "reset" occurs? What exactly happens when the "reset" occurs; you mention loosing communication, do you also lose signal/ control?

  This issue was already extensively investigated on-site by a team of Emerson fieldbus experts and it was conclusively determined that the root cause was water ingress into the conduit including instrument terminal boxes and segment wiring junction boxes.   Mr.Freudinger, it is FF device. And we did not check the mA during this communication failure condition. I will check the same. Also during this power RESET positioner will stop communicating with DCS and it won't respond to any control signal. Please suggest if any troubleshooting steps available for this issue.
