analog position feedback signal from a tec2000 actuator ?

we had recently received a tec2000 actuator, which we connected to our control system . The wiring as done was per the wiring diagram provided in the separate terminal chamber( STC ) that is terminals 25 and 26 for analog control set point (AI) and 27 and 28 for analog position feedback (AO).

we are using a 2 wire loop powered wiring. the analog input which is the control signal is working perfectly fine and the valve moving to the desired position however we cant obtain the position position feedback in our HMI screen.On further diagnostics using a loop calibrator we could establish there was no milliamps output from the terminals (27 and 28) inspite of the valve position receiving the required voltage (24v).
It will be great if anyone could shed some light on this matter and tell me if i am overlooking something here .

    The referenced serial numbers have a spec sheet sheet indicating the actuator was supplied with ACM Network module with Cam 205. This would be suitable for the two wire connection. It also means that you have two analog inputs and one analog output. The description one analog input and two analog outputs matches the description for ACM Futronic. The ACM Futronic requires the three wire connection. Only ACM Network Module allows for two wire Loop Powered Input and Output. Rev K is the current ACM Network Module revision and has been so since 2007.
    If the actuator you have, was converted to ACM Futronic after shipment from our plant, then you must use the three wire connection as described previously or in the TEC 2000 IOM.
    If it was converted to ACM Futronic, then changing back to ACM Network Module to allow for theater wire analog output loop powered connection requires a hardware change and a change in the a Factory Configuration Setup. Parts and Service is required to convert to ACM Network Module.
