Rosemount Pressure is excited to announce the recent addition to its manifold portfolio with the launch of the R305 and R306 manifolds creating a fully tiered manifold offering. These two models are Emerson’s latest advancements in Coplanar and In-Line manifold innovation, exclusively featuring newly developed technology only available on the R305 and R306.

R305 and R306 Key Features:

• Newly developed Pressure-Lock Valve technology with two-piece stem design and non-rotating stem tip provides increased operator safety, enhanced reliability and simplified operation via the increased ergonomics of valve operation
• Large internal process bore to resist plugging during normal day to day operations
• Provide a leak checked and pressure tested single point solution when assembled to Rosemount pressure transmitters

About the R305:

The Rosemount R305 Integral Manifold assembles directly to the patented Rosemount Coplanar transmitter, eliminating the need for a flange. This lightweight premium manifold is available in 2-, 3- and 5-valve configurations which allows for instrument isolation and controlled venting to ensure measurement integrity.

About the R306:

The Rosemount R306 In-Line Manifold assembles directly to in-line gauge or absolute pressure transmitters. The R306 manifold is available with a 2-valve configuration for instrument isolation and drain/vent capabilities.
