Good day Team,
Using MeterLink Diagnostic Software, I came across SOS alarm on Daniel USM 3414 that can not be cleared nor acknowledged. This issues cause the meter to continuous display an error. Can any one help on the cause and possible solution?
On the other hand I would like to know, how many Check Status items from MeterLink diagnostic software are suppose to be green when the meter works fine? and why sometimes other items appears to be white in some cases? See the attachment for more explanation. Is the Liquid Light suppose to be GREEN when my USM is for Gas?
