I am trying to understand the function of premium billing modes with USM meters.
It appears that if you can have premium billing for both flow or totals where, once a keypad value in flow or total is reached a separate totalizer is used in flow computers etc. These appear to have options for separate forward and reverse totals from the USM
I have seen similar in AGA 7 gross volume flowrates where again over a certain limit the totals are added to a premium total
