How much Flow business can move to Digital sales channel in the next 5 years?

All aspects of our social life, including sales and marketing, are fast moving to digital. As a digital marketer, I'm happy to see fast changes in Emerson, and lot of positive discussions around what's going to happen in the next 5 years.

It would be really helpful to improve digital contents in all of our customer calls, and clearly understand what our customers expect for us to offer in terms of our digital sales platforms. How important do you feel Digital will be in our sales, and why? How are you going to organize your office of the future?
