Rosemount 3095 Mass Flow Transmitter Hart device specific command

We have one Rosemount 3095 and we will use hart modem to communicate with Rosemount 3095 MultiVariable™ Mass Flow Transmitter and Flowmeters.

We need Rosemount 3095 device specific command to communicate with 3095. But I don't know the command without Hart specific command document.

Anybody know where I can download Rosemount 3095 Hart specific command (or transmitter specific command) document.
