Anyone who has an experience on flowboss s600+ could you please help?
the issue : flowboss is supposed to generate and record hourly reports every day which are downloaded using a USB. but after downloading we find that many hours are missing (sometimes many days). for example you can get datas from 08am to 11am...then nothing until 4pm. we miss crtitical informations.
- what can cause computer to stop recording sometimes and then restart again alone?
-what are the steps to configure the flowboss to give us datas hour/hour for a period defined by ourselves? because it's giving reports randomly regarding the period (sometimes 1 week, or 2 months, or 1 day?).

Is the issue just to the usb stick or are you missing reports on the webserver or under the front panel print.
The S600+ will automatically generate reports if they are configured. If you get some then it would sound like something is configured. Who wrote the config file, has it ever worked? If you are missing reports then this is often down to some time synchronisation issue. Do you have a supervisory machine doing this and changing the time near period end.
If you are using usb and the error is only here then the probability it is set to combine files and the files are under FCdata and not in the basetime one folder etc.
If you can though add the full config, name of te author of the config, version of binary file you have installed and then send these to supportnet we can have a better understanding of your issue
