ME 10.0 Quick Access Toolbar missing options

In ME 9.5 you could add Ladder elements to the Quick Access Toolbar.  I think in ME 9.7 the option was still there.  In ME 10.0 the option is gone and I'm not sure why or if there is a way to get it back?

Also just realized you can't do customized keyboard shortcuts in 10.0.

  Ok, figured out the toolbar by reading the help files, lol.
  
  If you Right-Click on a command in the ribbon you can then select to Add to Quick Access Toolbar. If you want to remove items, Right-Click on the elements in the Quick Access Toolbar for the option to Remove.
  
  Why the heck wouldn't you just leave the original options alone and then add this feature?!?!
  
  Now to figure out the Keyboard shortcuts...?

  The toolbar doesn't seem to be saving the customizations I add to it. Even if I just select for the toolbar to stay below the ribbon it will revert back as soon as I close PAC ME and reopen it. I've seen this previously with 9.7 but I thought they fixed that with a SIM. Anyone have any advice how to get the customizations to stay?

  I concur, toolbar and quick access settings are not persistant, even if you run as administrator PME reverts back on re-start. I'll report to our development team.
