My problem is I do not get any reading from virtual controllers even the usb dongle is connected to ovation virtual host machine (drop 231) and when I open developer studio in virtual host machine it give me a message I cannot connect to power tool server in drop 230 (drop 230 is database server). The network is OK ,when I ping drop 231 from drop 230 I get replay and I can load and download without any problem , but I cannot load or download any virtual controller (as example drop 1) , after a lot of search I found that the ovation virtual host service is not running and when I try to start it is not started. FYI I already read this document for solution Virtual Controller User Guide for Ovation 3.3.1 , so how to fix this problem ?
