Running Roclink 2.41

I have tried installing Roclink on both Windows 7 and 8.  When I try to run Roclink, I get the same errors.

MDIForm_Load: Error - 2147467259

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'tMenuTop'.  Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.

Then, I also get

MDIForm_Load: Error 3704

Operation is not allowed when the object is closed

I continue to get these errors and cannot ever get into the software.

Does anybody have any ideas? Or am I in the wrong place?

  Please check if you could make it works following these requirements:
  * Windows 7 32 bits;
  * User Account Control disable during the installation;
  * User permission to change files inside ROCLINK800 installation folder.
