HiI am having an issueSometimes operator work stations freezed and HMI show abnormal picture.(refer to attach pic)In this case ,pictures and changes will not be downloaded in the operator workstations When i refered to the system event log,it showed EVENT ID 1000.I got event log in two different times .error “workspace.exe” exist for in both of them.but two below error showed Individually for each (it shown in pictures)1- FAULTING MODULE NAME :VBE6.dll2- DVSYSAIDE.dllHow I can fix it?

Couple things i'd look into and if you logged a call with GSC I think the 3 things they'd ask to start..if this is a workstation is there any information in diagnostics that indicate you're having communication issues with the database? are you up-to-date on your hotfixes? are you sure you have enough memory allocated on this station to de-risk workspace.exe from crashing? Best bet would be to just start a call with GSC but they'll ask that you have the most recent hotfixes applied more than likely.
