Cold Restart Memory Download

Can anyone give me a reason as to why the "Cold Restart Memory Download" option under Download is greyed out on all 3 of my controllers?

  Is the Cold Restart option on the Controller tab of the Controller Properties set to "Always Disabled"?

  Nope, set to Always Enable - Max Time, which is currently set to 30 days.

  Working with DeltaV v12 and SX controllers, I never used this. I think it might not be necessary because it's done automatically in newer versions? This might be why the option disappeared.

  This is a 14.3 system with with 2 SQ controllers and an SX controller. I may check with my Emerson contact on this. Thanks
