Tracking memory usage by a process such as DVHistorianServerHost_2?

Is there a way to track the memory used by software processes?  The one in particular that I am interested in at this time is DVHistorianServerHost_2.

  If you want to log this over a long period of time the tool built into Windows is called Performance Monitor.

  When you arrive at the step to select which counters to add you will find the Virtual Bytes and Private Bytes under the Process Category
