HMI Graphics upload download

For some reason when I download the OP station, I am not getting any of the new pictures of the graphics from the ProPLUS.  However, I can upload changes to graphics from the OP station to the ProPLUS.  Anyone reason as to why?

  As I recall the transfer of updated graphics (as well as PHV charts) is not instantaneous with download (while uploading is). Check back after a while and they should start showing up.

  After you upload from the OP stations to the ProPlus, do also a setup data download on the ProPlus. Then download the rest of the operator stations. Use Start/Run - yellowpagesdiag to monitor the progress.
