How to create backup on my deltav Proplus

I have to get a manual backup of my existing facility database for the purpose of using the same configuration for a new facility of the same kind. Could anyone please guide me through, I have never done this before.

  Go to DeltaV -> Engineering -> Database Administration.
  Then select Backup/Restore.

  Backup/Restore the database could result in a problem on the new machine, having another unique identification number (forgive me, I do not recall the name for it at the moment).
  You could take a full export from the database and import the fhx-file into the new system.
  The graphics can be copied as files from DVDATA/Graphic-iFix/PIC. In this PIC directory you also find your new faceplates and details in the subdirectories with the same name. Filnally you find your specific trend-charts in the directory DVDATA/Charts.
  Do not forget to change the license file (DeltaV Explorer/System Configuration/Setup/Licenses) to the file corresponding to the dongle on the new system.
