There was question that was asked during the DeltaV Deep Dive session at the last Emerson Exchange, whether or not the next version of DeltaV would be 64bit only or not. The dialogue veers off topic a bit, but the question doesn't really get answered.
So what options will be available for Version 12? My assumption is that the user's recent investment in new 32bit machines for DeltaV 11.3 will not be thrown out the door.

DeltaV v12.3 will support both 32 and 64 bit operating systems. It will support a system of mixed 32 and 64 bit O/S computers as well.
