New DeltaV Cybersecurity Course Available

In response to an increasing need for process automation cybersecurity training, we are pleased to announce a new cybersecurity course for the DeltaV™ distributed control system. Based on the principles and guidelines of the DeltaV Security Manual, this course will prepare all students for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity solutions for their DeltaV control system. The audience for this school should be DeltaV System Administrators or IT-personnel responsible for implementing DeltaV security products. Additionally, this course will be valuable to those who frequently work with customers and their cybersecurity products and services.

This 4-½ day DeltaV Cybersecurity course focuses on the DeltaV Security Manual and the practical implementation of the guidance provided within. Students will engage in activities to properly apply Emerson’s Defense-in-Depth strategies so that students can have the skills to apply these same strategies on their DeltaV systems. Students are encouraged to read the DeltaV Security Manual before attending class.
Prerequisite: Course 7027 DeltaV Systems Administration Win7/Server 2008
