DeltaV Faceplate

When creating a new faceplate on PPlus, running update pop-up utility, and then downloading Operator workstations, I still get the message faceplate not found.  This is resolved by logging OFF then back ON.  Is this expected behavior, or am I missing a step?

  • In my experience, it is sufficient to simply close and re-open DeltaV Operate on each station, or switch from "run" mode to "configure" and then back to "run". Logging off / back on would also work, as long as DeltaV Operate exits "run" mode when you do so.
