Engineering Workstation not Communicating with Controller when all other Workstations do

I have an Engineering Workstation that is not communicating with one of my controllers.  All of my other workstations are communicating just fine with that same controller.  Has anyone else seen this happen before?  Any suggestions as to how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

  Check the comm for the workstation node in DeltaV Diagnostics. The primary or secondary network may be bad.

  What one of them added recently to the system? Sometimes this happens in you add a new node other nodes can't talk to it without a changed setup data download to let it know whose out there.

  Neither the workstation or the controller are new. This workstation and the controller were communicating yesterday. They stopped communicating when a Control Module was downloaded to the controller from that workstation. We have done a download -> Changed SetUp Data but still didn't resolve the issue.
