MONTHLY DTE

I am trying to add a DTE so that i can get a monthly OUT_D.  I already have a daily  DTE but i do not know what to change in the expression to have a 1st of the month output.  Books online does not go into such detail.

    Thanks for the response guys. I however am not a programming guru. i have taken as much as i can and downloaded it. i am getting a year of 1972 a day of 1 and a month of 1 timestring is a exponential number. not sure what to do next. the programming that i copied from another module gives me a total for a daily GPM. this is great but i also want a Monthly Total. It is done through a DTE block. i am sure that all i need to do is change the interval_str value. would this not be much easier? Again i do not have very much time into programming but i am a fast learner.

    Got it figured out. thanks for the help. it works great. made it into a Composite Block.
