help required with bad module MODBAD alarms

Hi,

I am receiving 5 or 6 MODBAD alarms on average during a 12 hr shift.

these alarms mean nothing to my operators and I was wondering if anywhere else simply logs these alarms and has another department look for them?

these modules obviously work fine at all other times and they alarm when not even in use, usually a few triggered at the same time usually with message "Module Error: 64 or Module Status:2" they are usually charging modules for our Caustic or methanol or Catalyst.

sometimes one of our agitators has a MODBAD alarm "Module Error: 264 or Module Status:0" this is more regular and I suspect there is a fault with the agitator itself.

any advice is welcomed.

thanks in advance.
