there is an AI card(8-channel, 4- 20mA) with 4wire terminal block in my workplace, a field signal' current is about 8mA, and the voltage is about 13V, the card' error LED is ON and the channel LEDs are flashing.the card turned to normal after i removed that sensor. so i want to know the normal input voltage range of AI card.could someone give me a hand? thanks.
Double check to connections to the card (polarity).
Are you sourcing or sinking the input current?
