I am trying to connect the PI adapter to the OPC UA Server. The Aveva PI adapter is installed on the Application station. The application station has windows version windows server 2016. We have purchased the following additional licences from Emerson VE2200 OPC UA Activation and VE22UPS003 scale up.
I am able to connect to the adapter, but there are no results of incoming data. Furthermore I tested if it is possible to get data via OPC with UA expert and that was positive.
I have read that the OPC ua adapter does not support windows server. Maybe that could be the reason that it does work. But I am curious if somebody has expericience with installing the adapter and have it in operation?
