Remote Automation Solutions (RAS) At The 11th Xinjiang (Karamay) International Petroleum and Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition

The 11th Xinjiang (Karamay) International Petroleum and Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition was held by CIPPE from 12 to 14 September in Karamay of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, China. It is a regular gathering of petroleum and petrochemical industry, has been held for 10 sessions successfully. As the sister exhibition of CIPPE Beijing, CIPPE Xinjiang has become the top petroleum show in Central Asia.

Together with other business units under Emerson Process Management, RAS joined the exhibition to show our major product lines, SCADA system solutions, and wellhead separator demo during the three-day event. The visitors have the opportunity to touch our RTU product like ControlWave Express, ControlWave Micro, and ROC809, Flow Computer product like FloBoss107, FloBoss103, and FloBoss S600+, and to see our SCADA HMI screen, integrated with the wellhead demo, about the production data acquisition of single well and multi-well pad, separation procedure control, and even the tank management and gas and liquid measurement.

On 1st day of the event, RAS also presented below key messages to the China market during a exchange especially arranged between Emerson Process Management and local end users, design institutes and system integrators.

In addition, RAS also capitalized the opportunity to announce the launch of its new wireless RTU and Flow Computer which adopt the breakthrough wireless technology to help the oil and gas field operator upgrade the site layout, to be more flexible to locate the RTU without wired connection, and better integrate the field operation for effectiveness and efficiency. It is definitely good news as the data acquisition, flow measurement and control function embedded in RTU will accelerate China’s process to realize digital fields which base automation and optimization on the huge and key field data.
