Remote Automation Solutions (RAS), one business unit under Emerson Process Management, has been actively participating in PwoC since the year before last, for the third year. Together with other business units, RAS brought its best class hardware and software product, capabilities and solutions to all interested attendees and initiated instructive and helpful talks with them during the events.
As of today, RAS has joined China PwoC in Qingdao, Tianjin, Zhuhai, Guiyang, Wuhan and Petronas Exchange in Malaysia. During the Qingdao PwoC, Exchange with CNOOC in Tianjin, and Petronas Exchange, RAS also brought its interesting wellhead demo, a very heavy and well organized demo for simulation, along to give the audience some actual experience and understanding how RAS RTU is able to manage the oil & gas field, from wellhead data monitoring and acqusition, to PID and FST control on separatoin process and dump valve, to flow computation on gas, condensate and water, to condensate and water tank management, and eventually to connecting to RAS OE SCADA software OE and DeltaV - demonstrating in the HMI for sharing and monitoring. For sure, the attendees can have hands on our product demo, ControlWave Express/Micro, ROC809, S600+ and FloBoss 107, and bring back various product brochures for future reference, most important of all, you can briefly discuss with our engineers about how to solve your problem or concerns.
If you just see my blog and missed all previous RAS presence in PwoC, you shall not worry as we will participate in another PwoC in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, by the end of August for you to meet us. Although Taiyuan PwoC will be the last one for this year's PwoC, Emerson Process Management will hold another round of PwoC in next year, therefore RAS also appreciates that you let us know the convenient location for you to meet us in PwoC, we are thinking of being much closer to you!
