Plant Assets Management System for 1200MW CCPP Pakistan

Hi,

Can anyone let me about PAMS (Plant Assets Management System) cost whether our DCS is Emerson Ovation with controller OCR1100.
Kindly share with me the estimated cost which includes Equipment's/hardware and Engineers installation/commissioning services.

    Emerson IIOT platform is Plantweb and we, Eastern Enterprises, as Emerson Local Partner here in Pakistan are working on multiple sites in Pakistan Power Sector for Emerson Plantweb Solutions. As these are solution based models so it will be great if we can have the asset details and existing Field Devices details from your end along with End user details in order to proceed further for the solution offerings.

    Kindly see below our contractual requirements regarding subject matter:

    1. An offered Plant Asset Management System (PAMS) shall optimize the operation and maintenance of all remotely controlled I&C devices in respect to asset information and mechanical equipment performance. For large machinery like GTG, and large pumps, at least basic asset management functionality shall be provided. If possible, the devices shall provide online health and diagnosis information for maintenance and advisory alerts. The self-diagnostic software shall be located in the field devices, and data collected in such diagnosis software shall be provided to the DCS e.g. via SMART interfaces (e.g. HART).

    2. The software shall provide all the necessary functions for the collection, planning, and organization of the maintenance and inspection tasks. The system shall allow immediate access to all the engineering data and device and unit documentation, covering the entire life cycle of the power plant unit. The management of all dynamic and permanent changes of the plant shall always be kept right up to date for the whole lifetime of the plant.

    3. The plant equipment and its spare parts shall be listed with identification code, location in the plant, description, manufacturer, model, type, delivery time, and history. The manuals, general and particular maintenance instructions, photos and as built drawings shall be available by the Plant As-set Management System (PAMS).

    Further to above, all instruments are almost HART enabled and there is GE MARK-VIe system for Gas turbine and Alstom control system for Steam turbine.

    Please note that we already have HMI/system dedicated for AMS. You are required to prepare a quotation without HMI consideration.
