Supported by an historic installed base in the UK territory, Valves and Control (former Pentair) developed, in collaboration with Data ENP, solutions to better keep track of this Installed base and anticipate interventions thus moving from a reactive to a predictive maintenance program. Valero Pembroke refinery extensively benefitted from this as part of more than 10 years long term service agreement.
That presentation covers how the different pieces of the tool involving the knowledge of the installed base itself, connected services for process insight, predictive maintenance algorithm, “quickship” program for spare parts and complete units worked together to reach high operational certainty level at this critical site.
