At the beginning&amp;nbsp;there is protecting &amp;quot;word&amp;quot; which can use only people who can fulfill any conditions, in teh middle this will be certification process ( of course paid one ) and at the end local recruiters / agencies will be requested this certification in case i.e. you will want to work in UK in process automation industry. This should decrease competition on teh market ( people will be more expancive ) and at the end end user will have to pay more money for project / engineerring work. I am not so friendly with this kind of &amp;quot;separation&amp;quot;. It is only way how to reach goals harder for people. I am sure it is my personal point of view......&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
